Drs. Ref BRC Lips studied Social and Institutional Economics, People in Organisations and Business Development at Utrecht University, UCLA and Erasmus University Rotterdam respectively. With her postgraduate training as a Management Consultant, she has been working with great pleasure for over 20 years as an organisational consultant and interim manager in the public sector, healthcare sector and SMEs.

In this role, she is also the owner of SkinDocto r , a clinic for medical, cosmetic and lifestyle enhancement, where she focuses on business development and financial planning.

In addition to these activities, Ref works as a mediator, conflict mediator and (conflict) coach. She is a recognized mediator with the ADR International Register (Alternative Dispute Resolution International Register) and works together with renowned law firms and notary offices. As a coach, she is affiliated with NOBCO/EMCC Global and the ICR (International Coaches Register).

She also has experience as a Scrum Master and in developing and delivering corporate training.

Ref is a professional, positive and warm person. Her goal is for everyone to feel heard and seen, and to leave as positive as possible - by thinking in solutions.

Besides her work, Ref is busy with her family, her parents and her basset hound Pilsje.
